Job Title: Production PlannerJob Description We are seeking an experienced Production Planner who will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing production planning processes. The ideal candidate will accommodate weekly production goals and adapt to continuous changes within the role, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination. Responsibilities + Assist with production planning and accommodate weekly production goals. + Manage scheduling and planning processes, including deadlines for shipping and lead times. + Coordinate production schedules to ensure items are made and filled according to timelines. + Prepare for the following week's production and adapt schedules based on raw material availability. + Handle work orders and customer service inquiries efficiently. + Provide administrative support related to production planning tasks. Essential Skills + Strong understanding of supply chain processes. + Proficiency in schedule planning and production administration. + Ability to manage work orders and provide excellent customer service. + Experience in planning production and meeting deadlines. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in a production admin role. + Ability to plan for shipments and coordinate with clients. + Familiarity with production scheduling and lead time management. Work Environment The role involves working in a dynamic environment where schedules may change based on the availability of raw materials. The position requires adaptability to shifting timelines and priorities, with a focus on growing within the department. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
