We are seeking a motivated Siding Technician to join our siding crew. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the construction and siding industry. You will assist with the preparation and installation of siding materials and play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations on the job site. Responsibilities: • Install siding with precision and efficiency • Work safely at heights and use hand and power tools effectively • Maintain a clean and safe job site and follow all company safety protocols • Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with supervisors and clients • Assist other teams when needed, such as framing Qualifications: • Experience: Previous siding, framing, roofing, or general construction experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate • Skills: Good eye for detail, ability to read blueprints or project plans, basic math, and measurement skills, ability to use power and hand tools effectively and safely • Certifications: Valid driver’s license required; OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus • Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders and scaffolding, and tolerate working outdoors in various weather conditions • Personality: Strong work ethic, dependable, safety-conscious, and a team player About Company: Denyon Homes is a residential development company based in Weston, WI.
